The Redruth RBL Sharks continued their fine form to move within just three points of the top spot in the Jolly’s Camborne-Redruth Premier Summer Pool League as they ran riot at the Grenville Arms to win the match 10-1 and record their biggest victory of the season.

Thousands of pensioners could miss out on hundreds of pounds worth of backdated benefits as a result of rule changes that come into force later this year.

The South West Coast Path begins at Minehead in Somerset and runs along the part of the Somerset coast, across North Devon, round Cornwall, then South Devon and Dorset to Poole Harbour - a distance of 630 miles. It is the longest path of its type in the country.
