Drivers in Cornwall, intent on speeding through built up areas, will be shown hard hitting videos and asked to consider the consequences of their speeding in an attempt to make them change the way they think, as well as the way they drive.

The Boundary Committee for England have confirmed today that they are minded to accept the submission from the One Cornwall Implementation Executive that there should be 123 councillors for the new unitary authority.
